Job Duties
- Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients
- mixing batters, mousses, and doughs
- rolling, kneading, cutting, and shaping dough for products like croissants, sweet rolls, pie crusts, cookies, and more
- setting and monitoring oven temperatures, adjusting as needed
- icing, glazing, and decorating baked goods to perfection
- creating plated desserts and bite-sized treats
- maintaining inventory and ensuring workstations are clean and sanitized
