Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to act as Manager-on-Duty and respond to operational needs promptly

- Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
- Knowledge of hotel policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in scheduling and payroll systems
Job Duties
- Support the daily oversight of Front Office, Housekeeping, and other operational areas as assigned
- Foster a service-focused, inclusive culture that reflects Hyatt's purpose of caring for people so they can be their best
- Maintain operational excellence by monitoring staffing, service delivery, and departmental performance
- Partner with department leaders to coach, support, and develop colleagues
- Assist with guest recovery, problem resolution, and service follow-up
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in scheduling, payroll review, inventory controls, and reporting
- Support all shift procedures and act as Manager-on-Duty as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficient, guest-ready operations
