Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Leadership experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
- Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to comply with U-Haul's nicotine-free hiring policy in applicable states

Job Duties
- Run daily operations of center in General Manager's absence
- Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects
- Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
- Oversee adherence to safety and operational protocols
- Support career development and training efforts for team members
