Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in overall management of restaurant operations
- ensure adherence to guest service standards
- conduct auditing and administrative tasks
- manage human resource policies
- enforce safety and security procedures
- recruit and train restaurant staff
- facilitate employee development and performance reviews
- maintain positive and motivating work environment
- handle employee relations including disciplinary actions
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using BLAST method
- manage financial controls including labor and food costs
- conduct audits and cash management
- maintain company assets
- comply with operational and food safety standards
- update restaurant manuals and procedures
- follow proper opening and closing procedures
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- comply with all municipal, state, and federal regulations
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement company marketing programs
- build strong customer and vendor relationships
