Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience for external candidates
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- Willingness to make bank deposits and travel to other locations
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years Assistant Manager experience for external candidates
- 100% workstation certification required for internal candidates
- ServSafe certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Proven analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to operate computers and related software
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are fully implemented
- Motivate employees and maintain a positive, safe, and clean restaurant environment
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and maintain positive brand image
- Use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
- Adjust to priorities and manage conflicts effectively
- Perform other related duties as assigned
