Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
  • Experience in restaurant management or leadership preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

Job Duties

  • Assist in hiring and training associates
  • Manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
