Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Food safety certification such as Serve Safe
- Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
- Availability to work weekends and varied shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and meet operational goals
- Basic knowledge of financial and business operations in a retail or food service environment
Job Duties
- Assist in the operation of a single store including hiring and managing associates
- Direct and motivate teams to achieve financial goals
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high customer service standards
- Participate in the Store Management Leadership Training program
- Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Manage store operations during assigned shifts
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures
