Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Food safety certification such as Serve Safe
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
  • Availability to work weekends and varied shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and meet operational goals
  • Basic knowledge of financial and business operations in a retail or food service environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in the operation of a single store including hiring and managing associates
  • Direct and motivate teams to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high customer service standards
  • Participate in the Store Management Leadership Training program
  • Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
  • Manage store operations during assigned shifts
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures
