Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Boutique management requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
  • Understanding of, and passion for client experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
  • Passion for the house of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL

Job Duties

  • Own all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning/staffing, compliance, and expense management
  • Collaborate with home office retail operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
  • Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly
  • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
  • Be the ultimate expert on all standard operating procedures, systems and tools to act as a resource for entire boutique team
  • Lead a team through various projects and take initiative
  • Assist in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique
