Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Passionate about service and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
- Prior experience in hospitality management or operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to resolve conflict and handle guest concerns professionally
Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations including Front office and Housekeeping
- Resolve guest related discrepancies with tact and courtesy including billing, housekeeping, discrepancy and check reports
- Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels
- Maintain consistent quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of every guest
