Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including 1 year in leadership
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and product weighing 10-50 lbs
- Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- Ability to operate desktop tablet or computer
- Have an operable personal cell phone if delivering catering orders
- Use personal cell phone to track departures and deliveries according to safety protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in QSR
- Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- In conjunction with the General Manager, responsible for the training and development of the restaurant staff
- Assign activities and tasks
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems procedures and food safety requirements
- Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
