Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years QSR experience including 1 year leadership
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 10 to 50 lbs
- clear speaking and hearing abilities
- computer operation skills
- personal operable cell phone if delivering catering orders
- follow company safety procedures while driving

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- responsible for training and development of restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented
- assign activities and tasks
- comply with state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily restaurant operations to achieve performance excellence
- hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
- review and improve guest experience practices
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- identify trends and implement improvement plans
- develop long term sales growth initiatives
- consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions
- monitor costs and budget adherence
