Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years QSR experience including 1 year leadership
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift 10 to 50 lbs
  • clear speaking and hearing abilities
  • computer operation skills
  • personal operable cell phone if delivering catering orders
  • follow company safety procedures while driving

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience
  • at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent prioritization skills
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • ability to take direction from higher-level management
  • demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • motivated and organized
  • ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
  • responsible for training and development of restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented
  • assign activities and tasks
  • comply with state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • manage daily restaurant operations to achieve performance excellence
  • hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • review and improve guest experience practices
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
  • partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • identify trends and implement improvement plans
  • develop long term sales growth initiatives
  • consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions
  • monitor costs and budget adherence
