Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
- Consistent attendance
- Professional Food Managers certification and Nevada state certifications
- Proficient on Point of Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems
- Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily

- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent

- Professional Food Managers certification required
- Nevada state certifications required
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience with purchasing and inventory systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for all facets of service, production, quality, and controls during the day-to-day operation
- Ensures policies and procedures of the Food & Beverage department are followed in accordance with local regulations for food handling requirements
- Accountable for all sales and operating transactions and guest recovery in compliance with procedures
- Ensures that all Team Members, facilities, and materials are in complete readiness for daily operation including opening and closing duties and equipment maintenance reporting
- Maintains adequate stock of supplies and venue inventory
- Manages food, beverage, and non-labor costs through proper hands-on monitoring
- Oversees scheduling of service and production staff in line with forecasted business volume
- Monitors labor hours and costs, adjusting staff as needed
- Manages performance reviews, training, and development of Team Members
- Coaches performance and provides feedback or disciplinary actions when necessary
- Supports the execution of special events with menu planning and staff coordination
- Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
