Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • minimum six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • basic computer knowledge
  • fluent English communication skills
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and compliant work environment
  • ability to perform physical demands such as standing for extended periods and repetitive motions

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • lead team meetings along with Restaurant Manager
  • oversee Brand Training Programs including schedule, training, validation and certification of team and shift lead staff
  • ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
  • create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
  • review guest feedback and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members
  • execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling
  • maintain Point of Purchase in-store setup per Brand standards
  • maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation requirements
  • control costs to maximize profitability
  • complete inventory periodically
  • support completion of weekly labor schedule
  • assist in staff assignment and deployment
  • support supplier and vendor order completion
  • conduct self-assessments and action plans
  • ensure restaurant budget is met
  • manage cash over/short and ensure cash management policies are followed
  • engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as needed
  • recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
  • assist with performance appraisal process
  • coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
