Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Great communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage credit and collections by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily
  • Provide friendly and top-notch customer service in stores and customer homes
  • Safely load, unload, and install products during deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain an organized and clean store through effective merchandising
  • Follow all handling and transportation procedures to ensure safety and compliance
  • Assist in maintaining an inviting store environment for customers and staff
  • Contribute to company growth and customer satisfaction through dedicated service
