Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- maintain valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
- good organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to handle constructive criticism and work independently
- capacity to motivate and lead teams effectively
- analytical skills to read reports and count inventory accurately
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- food safety certification as per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of successful Shift Supervisor and Crew Member candidates
- implement company-defined employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- assist in conducting performance reviews
- provide timely feedback and recognition
- use constructive disciplinary procedures
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets Company guest standards
- lead team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- deliver at or above company standards in VOCs initiatives
- utilize BLAST for resolving guest complaints
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
- conduct audits and cash management
- maintain and protect company assets
- develop CORE behaviors and standards
- ensure compliance with training standards
- follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
