Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • possess math and writing skills
  • have basic computer skills
  • hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • be able to work full-time
  • be able to coach and train crew members
  • be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • be capable of managing cash handling and sales initiatives

Job Duties

  • Work in a team environment

  • drive sales goals and results
  • execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • manage cash over/short during shift
  • ensure all products are prepared according to brand standards
  • take accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions
  • execute new product roll-outs including selling to guests and product execution
  • ensure the restaurant is well maintained including cleanliness during shift
  • utilize appropriate suggestive selling
  • bring product issues to the attention of restaurant manager
