Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong organizational abilities
- capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- basic computer literacy
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale dining establishment is preferred

- understanding of food and beverage operations and service standards
- ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- supporting general manager by collaborating in daily operations and planning
- assisting in setting and achieving financial goals
- overseeing and supporting front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- assisting in recruiting, training, and developing staff
- monitoring staff performance and providing feedback and coaching
- ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns
- fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- participating in scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- collaborating on menu optimization and promotions
- assisting in budget management, cost control, and maximizing revenue
- monitoring financial reports and analyzing data
- fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- supporting and implementing company policies
- acting as general manager in their absence
