Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • basic computer literacy
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale dining establishment is preferred
  • strong leadership skills

  • effective communication skills
  • understanding of food and beverage operations and service standards
  • ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • supporting general manager by collaborating in daily operations and planning
  • assisting in setting and achieving financial goals
  • overseeing and supporting front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • assisting in recruiting, training, and developing staff
  • monitoring staff performance and providing feedback and coaching
  • ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns
  • fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • participating in scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • collaborating on menu optimization and promotions
  • assisting in budget management, cost control, and maximizing revenue
  • monitoring financial reports and analyzing data
  • fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • supporting and implementing company policies
  • acting as general manager in their absence
