Job Requirements
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable

Job Qualifications
- 1+ year in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Unwavering commitment and passion for food, ideally with a culinary background
- Experience coaching team members and being coachable yourself
- Proficient experience using POS, scheduling and reporting tools
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
- Willingness to learn and develop, and embrace the hustle
- ServSafe certification required
Job Duties
- Support front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering while learning operational systems
- Coach and support hourly team members, fostering a positive, people-first culture
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and service standards with consistency
- Contribute ideas to improve team engagement, efficiency, and retention
- Partner with the Assistant General Manager and Managing Partner to support training and development of the team
