Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 months experience performing as a Shift Manager
- Pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license required
- Take absolute pride in everything you do

- Practice high quality food and cleanliness standards

- Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals computing rate, ration, and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where minimal standardization exists

Job Duties

- Resolve customer concerns promptly using BAM
- Inspire and motivate crew members and restaurant management to exceed performance expectations
- Lead the team in collecting and acting upon Voice of the Customer feedback
- Ensure optimal staffing levels to consistently meet guest service needs
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among all crew members and management
- Commit to delivering positive engagement during every guest interaction
- Ensure all ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with the highest standards of food safety, accuracy, and quality
- Drive profitability by effectively managing product projections and minimizing waste
- Deliver a come-back quality experience through outstanding service and flavor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
