Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail supervision preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and repetitive motions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards and policies
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks promptly
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Guest focus with ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Passion for results with commitment to meeting targets
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective team building abilities
- Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and use repetitive motion including pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists
Job Duties
- Arrive in a timely manner to prepare for scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate respect and dignity in interactions with team members and guests
- Communicate responsibilities and provide feedback to employees effectively
- Deploy team members to meet guest needs and service standards
- Support crew member training as directed by Restaurant Manager
- Communicate goals and hold team members accountable
- Drive urgency in satisfying guests and resolving problems
- Monitor team performance for quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Control labor costs, food costs, and cash during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and security policies
- Report equipment issues and discuss performance with General Manager
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Hold accountability for shift responsibilities
- Dedicate to learning and multitasking
