Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
- Willingness to undergo store leadership training
- Must meet eligibility requirements for offered benefits
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Capability to manage a team and drive performance
- Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Assist in hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee store operations including scheduling and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Serve Safe certification
- Lead training and development of store staff
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Support team members to handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively
