Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Must have stamina to work 50-60 hours per week
- Experience with a retail food company is a plus

Job Duties
- Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Assign, oversee and evaluate work
- Recommend promotion, transfer or termination of employees based on performance
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees
- Delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to ensure minimum loss from waste or theft
- Assist in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecast food items and estimate consumption per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist shoppers during rush periods
- Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, assemble orders, and check for completeness
- Ensure world-class customer service
- Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, and bread production
- Complete closing procedures
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity
- Complete daily and weekly paperwork
- Manage cash drawers with 100% responsibility during shifts
- Receive and store products
- Audit previous shift's systems and procedures for integrity
- Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and supplies
- Maintain professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- Display positive and enthusiastic approach
- Perform other related duties as required
