Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computers
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, report preparation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Agree to background check
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate employees and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a restaurant management role preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant
  • Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, utility, and labor costs
  • Ensure completion of financial and payroll-related administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Enforce sanitary practices and maintain compliance with laws and company policies
  • Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
  • Estimate food and beverage costs and manage inventory and portion control
  • Ensure positive customer service and respond to complaints to retain customers
  • Implement proper security procedures to protect employees, customers, and assets
  • Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, and upholding product quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain service goals of over 4 minute load time and 80 percent on-time delivery
  • Conduct investigations and resolve complaints concerning product quality and service
  • Maintain total labor and food costs within specified limits
  • Provide direction to employees and conduct orientation and training
  • Develop employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Maintain staffing plans
  • Promote community involvement
  • Keep franchisees informed of operational issues and take corrective actions
  • Maintain favorable working relationships and company image
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Supervise up to 20 employees
  • Fulfill physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and delivering when necessary
