Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background check
- Experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of computers
- Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, report preparation
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate employees and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a restaurant management role preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant
- Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, utility, and labor costs
- Ensure completion of financial and payroll-related administrative duties accurately and on time
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain compliance with laws and company policies
- Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Estimate food and beverage costs and manage inventory and portion control
- Ensure positive customer service and respond to complaints to retain customers
- Implement proper security procedures to protect employees, customers, and assets
- Manage shifts including scheduling, planning, and upholding product quality and cleanliness
- Maintain service goals of over 4 minute load time and 80 percent on-time delivery
- Conduct investigations and resolve complaints concerning product quality and service
- Maintain total labor and food costs within specified limits
- Provide direction to employees and conduct orientation and training
- Develop employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Maintain staffing plans
- Promote community involvement
- Keep franchisees informed of operational issues and take corrective actions
- Maintain favorable working relationships and company image
- Perform additional duties as required
- Supervise up to 20 employees
- Fulfill physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and delivering when necessary
