Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • serve safe certified
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand for periods up to four hours
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • assist in managing store operations to meet financial goals
  • hire, train, and direct team members to ensure a high level of performance
  • maintain exceptional guest service standards
  • oversee daily store activities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • participate in paid leadership training programs

  • implement company policies and operational procedures
