Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to give constructive feedback and lead a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • customer-focused attitude
  • basic financial literacy

  • proven customer service experience as a manager
  • extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff

  • possess the ability to motivate staff in a positive and creative manner

Job Duties

  • coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • organize and supervise shifts
  • appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events
  • train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
