Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to give constructive feedback and lead a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- basic financial literacy

- extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff

- possess the ability to motivate staff in a positive and creative manner
Job Duties
- coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations
- deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- organize and supervise shifts
- appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events
- train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
