Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • serve safe certification
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand for up to four hours
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

  • managing staffing schedules and motivating team members
  • overseeing inventory and store operations
