Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and cleanliness meet standards
- ensure guests receive orders promptly within specified times
- manage product quality control, presentation, and hold times
- access and complete weekly sales and labor financial reports
- coach team on safety best practices and workplace safety
- empower team to handle guest comments professionally
- ensure team is knowledgeable about products and guest service
- maintain positive team attitude and proper hygiene practices
- display marketing materials timely
- demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant positions
- develop crew chief and shift leaders
- maintain adequate team staffing to meet labor cost standards
- ensure follow-up on cleanliness, hospitality, and appearance
- conduct daily restaurant tours
- prepare and review daily reconciliation reports
- manage cash handling and financial reporting
- ensure effective cross-training
- identify and develop crew chief candidates
- complete food inventory orders accurately
- observe and maintain inventory levels
- ensure proper shelf life, rotation, and tempering sheets
- delegate quality control and food safety checklists
- complete monthly inventory procedures
- delegate cleaning tasks
- assign weekly and monthly odd jobs
- model positive behavior and appearance
- enforce restaurant policies and procedures
- ensure uniform and appearance standards
- attend all manager and team meetings
- check and respond to emails twice daily
- use radiant cash counting procedures
