Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in quick-service restaurants preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, and build teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Commitment to uphold company and brand standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining restaurant employees in compliance with employee position reports
- Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training process
- Fostering an environment of continuous learning
- Creating a service oriented culture
- Promoting an environment of fun and teamwork
- Evaluating performance and recommending salary increases
- Recommending, approving, and administering disciplinary actions
- Developing and growing team members
- Executing Del Taco standards and using processes and systems consistently
- Maintaining facility and customer areas
- Maintaining equipment to operational and safety standards
- Delivering quality products to Del Taco standards
- Adhering to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensuring employees are in proper uniform
- Ensuring a consistent service experience
- Ensuring POP and signage are present and correctly located
- Assisting General Manager in identifying and communicating sales goals
- Ensuring right staffing according to projected and actual sales
- Increasing customer count and check average
- Supporting local store marketing efforts
- Staying aware of local events and competition
- Executing speed and service standards
- Flawlessly executing marketing promotions and campaigns
- Maintaining staffing levels to actual sales
- Complying with labor laws
- Managing inventory to reduce waste and theft
- Ensuring cash handling procedures and standards
- Performing cash audits and resolving issues
- Executing safety and health standards
- Managing service vendors efficiently
- Achieving and communicating controllable cost targets
