Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform motions involving pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of profit and loss management
- Experience with staff training and development
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in selection guidance training and performance management of team members
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Manage the restaurant's Profit & Loss statement responsibly
- Execute training and marketing programs
- Supervise and train team members
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements
