Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience leading a diverse restaurant team preferred
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing feedback and setting goals
- maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- be adaptable to support your team's abilities and knowledge in meeting customer needs
- remain calm and use knowledge to help resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
- provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop your team’s skills
- build positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
