Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a fast-food management role preferred
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Flexible availability to support various shifts
  • Customer service oriented mindset

  • Experience as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
