Job Requirements

  • Commitment to a 50-hour work week
  • Prior leadership experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment
  • Ability to manage teams effectively and deliver operational goals
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
