Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to lift between 25 to 85 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to hear normal range sounds
  • Capability to handle cash and counts accurately
  • Ability to read menus, manuals, and training aids
  • Manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning
  • Ability to work in confined spaces

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
  • Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
  • Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
  • Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
  • May include preparing work schedules
  • May include ordering food and supplies
  • May include preparing daily paperwork
  • May include making daily deposits
  • Employee on-the-job training
