Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing feedback and setting goals
- maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in weekly scheduling, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in inventory control and record keeping
