Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
  • lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing feedback and setting goals
  • maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in weekly scheduling, interviewing, and hiring new team members
  • ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist in inventory control and record keeping
  • support your team in handling their roles to meet customer needs
  • resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns with professionalism
