Job Requirements

  • At least one year of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Minimum one year leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with financial and inventory management
  • Ability to conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products meet company quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
  • Assist with profit and loss management through cash control and security procedures, inventory management, labor cost management, financial report review, and appropriate action
  • Support restaurant manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals, implement disciplinary actions, motivate, and train staff
  • Maintain company standards regarding equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and completely
  • Hold authority to participate in hiring and firing decisions
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts
