Job Requirements
- At least one year of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products meet company quality standards
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
- Assist with profit and loss management through cash control and security procedures, inventory management, labor cost management, financial report review, and appropriate action
- Support restaurant manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Conduct performance appraisals, implement disciplinary actions, motivate, and train staff
- Maintain company standards regarding equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and completely
- Hold authority to participate in hiring and firing decisions
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts
