Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide best customer service
  • lead and motivate team with positive feedback and goal setting
  • maintain adequate staffing including scheduling, interviewing and hiring
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety compliance
  • assist with inventory control and record keeping
  • adapt to various situations to support team roles
  • resolve customer and employee issues calmly
  • provide coaching and training for professional development
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • promote a fun and inclusive work environment
