Job Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must agree to a background check
Prior restaurant experience
Ability to handle physical demands such as prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
Availability to work approximately 50 hours weekly
Ability to multi-task and motivate a team of 15-25
Strong communication skills and leadership ability

Previous restaurant experience
College degree preferred but not required
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license
Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

Oversee and manage all restaurant areas for guest satisfaction and increased profitability
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
Provide direction to team members on operations and procedures
Maintain staffing plan and conduct employee interviews following staffing protocols
Develop team members through feedback and performance reviews
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Manage food ordering, receiving, storage, and serving to minimize waste and ensure quality
Implement proper security measures to protect guests, employees, and assets
Ensure a safe work environment and handle incident reports promptly
Adhere to financial goals including sales, labor, and costs
Complete accurate financial reporting per Sterling policies
Conduct effective shift management
