Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

- Prior restaurant experience

- Ability to multi-task and motivate a team of 15-25
- Strong communication skills and leadership ability

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all restaurant areas for guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Provide direction to team members on operations and procedures
- Maintain staffing plan and conduct employee interviews following staffing protocols
- Develop team members through feedback and performance reviews
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage food ordering, receiving, storage, and serving to minimize waste and ensure quality
- Implement proper security measures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- Ensure a safe work environment and handle incident reports promptly
- Adhere to financial goals including sales, labor, and costs
- Complete accurate financial reporting per Sterling policies
- Conduct effective shift management
