Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to a background check
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work approximately 50 hours weekly
  • Ability to multi-task and motivate a team of 15-25
  • Strong communication skills and leadership ability

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all restaurant areas for guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Provide direction to team members on operations and procedures
  • Maintain staffing plan and conduct employee interviews following staffing protocols
  • Develop team members through feedback and performance reviews
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage food ordering, receiving, storage, and serving to minimize waste and ensure quality
  • Implement proper security measures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Ensure a safe work environment and handle incident reports promptly
  • Adhere to financial goals including sales, labor, and costs
  • Complete accurate financial reporting per Sterling policies
  • Conduct effective shift management
