Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to maintain acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
- strong personal effectiveness
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- collaborative team player
- strong management and leadership skills
- analytical abilities to read and analyze reports
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field helpful
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- build and maintain positive and motivating work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- use disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead restaurant team to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using BLAST
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, supplies, audits, cash management, and bank deposits
- maintain and protect company assets
- ensure compliance with training, operational procedures, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance
- follow safety and security procedures
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- communicate operational variances and employee issues
- monitor deletions and over rings to ensure compliance
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- plan shifts according to traffic patterns
