Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions
- acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
Job Qualifications

- advanced studies in business or restaurant management is helpful
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory accurately
Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team
- conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction by leading by example
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, and cash
- maintain cleanliness, safety and security procedures
- ensure compliance with company and government regulations
- execute marketing programs and plan shifts according to traffic patterns
- address employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures and documentation
