Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification according to state or local regulations
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
  • acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in the overall management of restaurant operations

  • train and develop restaurant team members
  • meet fiscal goals of the restaurant
  • recruit successful shift managers and team members

  • handle guest complaints using company protocols
  • track and manage financial controllables such as labor, food, and supplies
  • conduct cash management and make bank deposits
  • maintain compliance with all municipal, state, and federal codes
  • follow proper opening, closing, and safety procedures
  • uphold cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • utilize food safety checklists and standards
  • communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
  • implement company marketing programs
