Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year restaurant management experience
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance if position requires driving
  • Acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision and handle constructive criticism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to compliance with company policies and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Food safety certification per state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field helpful

Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment of shift manager and team member candidates
  • Implement and utilize the employee orientation program
  • Facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • Use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • Ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
  • Ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
  • Lead the restaurant team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • Utilize BLAST when resolving guest complaints
  • Track and manage financial controllables including labor and supplies
  • Conduct audits and cash management
  • Follow proper opening, closing, safety, and security procedures
  • Maintain compliance with health inspections and sanitation
  • Complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • Implement and execute all marketing programs
