Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification per state or local laws
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- maintain acceptable driving record for significant business driving roles
- ability to handle multiple tasks and constructive criticism
- effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- strong motivational and leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field helpful
- ability to read and analyze reports
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- excellent organizational skills
- proficiency in automated tracking systems
Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
- implement and utilize employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for team
- build and maintain a positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- use disciplinary procedures and document performance
- ensure communication and problem resolution on all shifts
- escalate matters to RGM, DM, or HR as necessary
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead team to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using BLAST
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits and cash management
- maintain company assets
- ensure compliance with training, opening, closing and safety procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with health and safety codes
- use food safety checklist
- communicate operational variances
- monitor deletions and over rings
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork
- comply with company policies
- implement marketing programs and plan shifts according to traffic patterns
