Job Requirements
- mobility and manual dexterity including standing, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and walking up to 10 hours per day
- ability to lift 40 pounds and carry 10 feet
- ability to understand and articulate recipes and complex instructions
- capability to handle stressful situations and conflict resolution
- ability to complete prep lists, inventory forms, order sheets, and time/temperature logs
- familiarity with electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers, POS systems, and spreadsheet software
- excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with management
