Job Requirements
- Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Port Aransas, Texas before starting work
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience in kitchen management for at least 2 years
- Availability to work morning, day, evening, and rotating weekend shifts
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Strong commitment to food quality and customer service
- Ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience working in a fast casual restaurant environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Job Duties
- Train and coach a successful team of kitchen staff
- Drive food sales and ensure successful restaurant operations
- Complete daily paperwork and audits and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-stocked
- Promote sales traffic in the restaurant area and liaise with vendors
- Lead and coach the team to excellence in food service operations
