Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in retail, dining, or food service
- preference for lead role with management experience
- demonstrated success in enhancing guest experiences and coaching teams
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- willingness to learn new technology
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- full-time availability
- ability to work a minimum of 42 hours per week during non-holiday periods and 55 hours during holiday weeks
- availability to work Saturdays when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of customer engagement experience in retail, dining, or food service
- experience in a lead position with managerial skill development
- demonstrated success in creating outstanding guest experiences and coaching peers
- ability to train new team members and lead team tasks
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- willingness to learn new technologies
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- ability to motivate and inspire teams
Job Duties
- Give top priority to enhancing the guest experience
- exemplify outstanding guest interactions
- nurture a supportive work environment
- act as a partner to the Bakery Manager in supervising customer experience, cake development, branding, product exhibition, working environment, and inventory regulation
- recruit, train, and supervise team members
- delegate daily tasks
- provide advice and coaching on performance
- oversee adherence to NbC product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising criteria
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational procedures
- assist with operational and administrative duties including production scheduling, setting productivity goals, team scheduling, ordering supplies, sales and labor reporting, basic accounting, expense management, and payroll processing
- supervise customized order fulfillment using web-based solutions and email interactions
- oversee commencement and conclusion of bakery shifts including cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- participate in marketing strategies by facilitating and engaging in special events
- maintain expertise across all bakery roles and undertake responsibilities as needed
