Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in food service or kitchen management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be 18 years or older
- reliable transportation
- taps certification for bartenders
- age 21+ for bartenders
- age 18+ for security personnel, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- age 16+ for concessions and catering service staff
Job Qualifications
- experience in kitchen or food service management preferred
- excellent leadership skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure
- good communication skills
- valid driver's license a plus
Job Duties
- support the Kitchen Manager in all duties
- unload and check in deliveries
- assume authority when the Kitchen Manager is not available
- oversee kitchen operations
- coordinate with kitchen staff
- ensure food safety compliance
- assist in inventory management
