Job Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and supervise kitchen activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local health and safety regulations
  • Oversee inventory, waste, temperature management, and cost control
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Communicate shift updates and operational status to leaders and teammates
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
