- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years previous leadership experience
- 1-2 years experience in food service
- ServeSafe Certification preferred
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Financial and inventory management
- crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift

- full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch
- typically work both opening and closing shifts each week
