Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality or food service management experience
- History of maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to execute all operational standards consistently
- Knowledge to train new employees on all WOB stations
- Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness within 30 days of hire
- Limited ability to travel is a plus
- Flexible schedule
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hospitality or food service management experience
- Proven track record of positive sales growth and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to train staff across multiple job functions
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Manage customer service to ensure a positive World of Beer experience
- Oversee financial performance and work to exceed sales and forecasted goals
- Train, develop, and support staff members across all stations
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Communicate regularly with staff, General Manager, and Regional Manager
- Manage hiring, firing, and employment status recommendations
- Plan and maintain optimum staffing and manpower
- Conduct accurate inventory and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and WOB programs
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Resolve customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Perform Product Manager functions as required
- Follow all safety practices and controls
- Maintain working knowledge of all financial controls
