Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with leadership success
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and coach diverse teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • Train, develop and coach team members for success
  • Cultivate exceptional guest service environments
  • Establish high service standards through hiring and development
  • Lead and develop team members throughout the hotel portfolio
  • Role model quality assurance best practices and meet measurable goals
  • Deliver on service, cost, and labor control business measures
  • Handle challenging situations proactively with critical thinking
  • Foster continuous improvement in all operational aspects
