Job Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with leadership success
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and coach diverse teams effectively

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop and coach team members for success
- Cultivate exceptional guest service environments
- Establish high service standards through hiring and development
- Lead and develop team members throughout the hotel portfolio
- Role model quality assurance best practices and meet measurable goals
- Deliver on service, cost, and labor control business measures
- Handle challenging situations proactively with critical thinking
- Foster continuous improvement in all operational aspects
